A medicated, red-orange antifungal shampoo used to treat fungal and yeast infections of the scalp, such as severe dandruff (seborrheic dermatitis) and tinea versicolor (sun fungus). Available in 1% (over-the-counter) and 2% (prescription) strengths, it works by inhibiting fungal growth, and should be massaged into the scalp, left on for about five minutes, then rinsed.
